Ladies 14 K Gold Topaz and Diamond Heart Ring. This bypass style ring features a blue topaz heart center stone with a small accent side diamond. The ring is a finger size 6, yet can be adjusted in size.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
