Vintage Trendy Topaz and Diamond Heart Ring in Yellow Gold. The ring features a round blue topaz center stone with a small white topaz accent stone. The stones flair out from the center of the ring making it a major part of a currently trend sweeping the jewelry business! The ring is currently a finger size 6 1/2, yet can be adjusted in size.
