Antique East to West Filigree Three Stone Mounting In White Gold. The diamond semi mount is set with two old mine cut natural diamonds on either side of the center setting. The ring is crafted in 14 karat white gold.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
