Ladies Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Necklace in Yellow Gold. This simple 14 karat yellow gold pendant features an oval shaped sapphire accented by a crown of three diamonds. Without the bail, this pendant measures approximately 3/8 inch in height. The pendant dangles from an 18 inch 14 karat yellow gold chain. The chain can easily be swapped for another length chain for an additional charge.
Sizing for all rings is an additional charge and will be determined once item is purchased. A separate invoice will be sent for all sizing and repair work.
