Pave Set Natural Diamond Semi Mount in Yellow Gold. The mounting is set with 0.12 carats of round brilliant cut natural diamonds including three in the through finger view below the center in heart shaped plate. The mounting is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
