Cascading gracefully towards the base, a delicate arrangement of filigree and milgrain detail is adorned with four round brilliant cut natural diamonds. An additional round brilliant cut diamond graces the pendant just above the flared top and the intricately ridged bail. Meticulously handcrafted in 14 karat yellow gold, this pendant is photographed with a chain for display purposes only.
