The Balaton: Ladies 14K Diamond and Sapphire Ring in Yellow Gold. Crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, this vintage ring features a center diamond-filled section framed on the top and bottom with round blue sapphires. The ring is currently a finger size 7.75 and is able to be resized for an additional charge upon request.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
