Antique Pearl and Diamond Pendant/Pin Combination. Choker on Ribbon Currently Crafted in 14 karat white gold and carefully sculpted like a butterfly, the pendant pin combo piece is set with three white central pearls and diamonds throughout.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
