The Etthen: Ladies Antique Italian Carved Shell Cameo Ring in 14K Gold. Crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, this ladies’ antique ring centers on a bezel set 7.5mm Italian cameo carved into shell. A diamond accents either side of the center in a triangular gold box leading down into the shank. Simple, yet classic, this ring is a finger size 6. We are able to resize the ring for an additional charge upon request.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
