Ladies 14K Yellow Gold and Topaz Twisted Wire Cable Necklace. Expertly crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, this unique necklace features a twisted cable wire chain that measures 17 inches in length. Dangling from this unique chain is a pear shaped blue topaz half bezel set in 14 karat yellow gold.
