Ladies Custom Mystery Cut Topaz and Diamond Necklace. Crafted in 14 karat white gold, this necklace features a custom cut blue topaz stone. Surrounding the center stone and continuing up the bail are round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant measures 0.75 inches with the bail and dangles from an 18 inch twisted lace chain.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
