Three rows of round brilliant cut diamonds adorn the front and overflow over the ends of the cross with an approximate total carat weight by measurement of 0.66 carats. In addition to the diamond bail, intricate filigree work finishes the back of the cross. A 16 inch platinum chain is included in this sale yet can be changed out for an additional cost.
