The Lohrs: Large 18K White Gold Diamond Heart Pendant. Measuring 1 3/8 inch in height, this large pendant features 0.75 carats of diamonds throughout. A heart filled scroll pattern fills the inside of this pendant decorated with fine milgrain. A large bail makes this pendant able to be added to many different size chains.
