Vintage Yellow Gold Amethyst and Diamond Bypass Ring. This trendy ring features a heart shaped amethyst and small diamond in a bypass style setting. Wear this ring in either direction! Currently this ring is a finger size 6 1/4, yet can be adjusted in size.
