The Polperro: Yellow Gold Baby Shoe Ring with Dangling Shoes. The ring features two shoes that dangle from the shank and are set with a natural blue sapphire and color change sapphire (imitation alexandrite). Note: we will swap gemstones for your Child’s birthstone at no additional charge! The baby shoes move freely above an intricate filigree and diamond cut shank below. The ring is crafted in 14 karat yellow gold and is currently a finger size 4 yet can be adjusted to any finger size for an additional charge on request.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
