Crafted in 14 karat white gold, this antique flip ring features two center stone options: a laboratory grown ruby or a carved cameo. Flip the ring to either side for a different look. Delicate filigree fills all sides of this original antique piece. Currently a finger size 5.5, this ring can be resized for an additional charge upon request.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
