The San Bruno: Antique Natural Pearl Stickpin with Rose Cut Diamonds. The stickpin features a charming old natural pearl in a custom silver topped setting with rose cut natural diamonds. The base of the pin stem features a hand carved spiral pattern throughout in 14 karat rose gold.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
