The Tiana: Antique, Belle Époque/late Victorian era Sautoir necklace is set with seed peals and black enamel with dangling gold tassels. The necklace is in excellent condition! The chain is yellow gold, a woven decorative link with weaved details. Seed pearls, black enamel, and finely worked tassels make this a unique, ornate statement piece. The enamel is in perfect condition (a rare find for such an early piece) all the way down including on the tassel pieces as well. There is a hook on the reverse of the pendant, from which a fob can be hung. This center piece can also be removed from the chain and worn completely separately from the chain as a brooch! The chain currently measures 19 inches in length and the pendant with tassels measures another impressive 3 1/2 inches in length.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
