East to West Natural Diamond Semi Mount in White Gold. The mounting features 0.12 carats of round brilliant cut natural diamonds on either side of the built in East to West oval head and is craft in 14 karat white gold.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
