Teardrop Topaz and Diamond Ring in 14 K Gold. Add shape and dimension to your jewelry collection with this pear shaped topaz center stone. Diamonds embellish the top of the stone adding glistening shine to your finger. This ring is currently a finger size 6.75, yet can be adjusted in size.
Sizing for all rings is an additional charge and will be determined once item is purchased. A separate invoice will be sent for all sizing and repair work.
