Antique 18 Karat White Gold Engagement Ring set with Sapphires. This ring is crafted in polished 18 karat white gold and centers on a 0.21 carat diamond. Four bezel set sapphires surround the center diamond and are complimented by stunning hand engraving and filigree designs. This original antique engagement ring is a finger size 4 3/4, yet can be adjusted in size.
Each piece has been hand-selected and meticulously identified and graded by a Graduate Gemologist who has been awarded a degree by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
